I am a filipino, and i am proud to be. But this movie is a shame to us.

Me and my friends went to Sharjah Megamall one night to see this movie. At first, I never really wanted to see it because I already heard negative reviews about it, and I was never a fan of Piolo Pascual (I actually hate that guy), but with all due respect to Angel Locsin, I used to admire and like her and all, but this movie might change the way I see her, this is just a Big NO NO, a big disaster. Their acting was way too exaggerated, irritating! The story was too shallow, too common, too predictable, very ordinary. It never moved us, it never made the people cry! Every 1o seconds the actors would cry, cry, cry, cry… whew. it actually became funny! we just entertained ourselves by making funny comments! The cinema was not even half full! I just can’t help but compare this movie with “A Very Special Love - Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd”. Sarah’s movie was a big hit, something to be proud of (hmmm… not really, but it was fun, enjoyable, moving, and made a lot of people laugh and cry). Angel’s movie is a flop. Let me say it again,IT’S A FLOP! Such a disgrace.

The worse thing is, two young locals (male emiratis) also watched the movie with us (maybe out of curiosity), and i just can”t imagine how they’d think about filipino movies. Boring, lifeless, low cost, non-sense. Congratulations to the producers, director, the cast and everyone behind this awful production, you’ve made us (sarcastically) proud. HEY! WAKE UP!
